A leading international law firm is seeking a midlevel associate attorney to join its growing Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice group in the Seattle office. This group focuses on advising innovative, high-growth companies throughout their entire lifecycle-from business formation and early-stage financing to strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. The team also represents venture capital and growth equity funds that invest in these companies.

Clients include a diverse range of businesses, from newly formed startups to established technology leaders valued in the billions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant ECVC experience, preferably gained at an Am Law 100 or similarly sophisticated law firm.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with emerging growth companies and venture capital transactions
• Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school
• Excellent references and a demonstrated track record of client service
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong quantitative skills, including proficiency with Excel
• Proven ability to manage both internal and external client relationships effectively
• Experience preparing and negotiating financing and M&A documentation is highly valued

Compensation and Benefits:
