Job Details

Licensed to practice law in NY
4 + years of Transactional Real Estate experience
Experience representing buyers/sellers, lenders/borrowers, landlords/tenants, developers/building owners, condo and co-op boards, and/or joint venturers

Experience with Ground Leases, Development Leases, Retail Leases, etc.
