Associate in Intellectual Property; IP Litigation – Life Sciences

REQUIREMENTS
Requires Juris Doctor of Law and Bachelor's or higher degree in Biotechnology, or another natural science field; background or experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Law; background including exposure to substantive patent law cases, including cases involving claim construction; demonstrated ability to effectively work in team environment while assuming full responsibility for individual work product; demonstrated analytical skills, problem-solving skills, legal research skills, and good judgment;

demonstrated strong ability to write, review, and edit complex court pleadings, legal opinions, correspondence, and other documents; demonstrated ability to interact with clients, other attorneys, support staff, courts and administrative agencies in a professional manner; demonstrated ability to work effectively under stress, within explicit time deadlines while managing multiple deadlines and multiple tasks; demonstrated excellent computer skills for legal research, document management, and other required applications.
