Responsibilities

The Corporate Management Analyst will support strategic legal and operational objectives across U.S. and international entities. Core responsibilities include:

* Preparing and reviewing securities filings such as Regulation A Offering Circulars, Form 1-K Annual Reports, Form 1-U Current Reports, and other EDGAR-compliant documents.

* Advising on compliance with SEC regulations, Blue Sky laws, and U.S. securities laws.

* Supporting employment-based immigration processes, including maintaining Public Access Files for H-1B and E-2 visa categories.

* Performing corporate governance duties including policy drafting, contract management, and compliance audits.

* Collaborating with executives on business structuring, M&A due diligence, and investor disclosures.

* Addressing employee relations, including drafting HR policies and managing internal procedures around grievance handling, absence tracking, and workforce planning.

* Coordinating with outside counsel, HR, and operational teams to resolve cross-functional legal, financial, and compliance matters.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, International Relations, or a closely related field.

* Experience:

2 years of experience in legal analysis, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, or employment law.

* Proficiency with U.S. securities and employment laws.

* Familiarity with SEC EDGAR system and Blue Sky filing requirements.

* Strong written and oral communication skills.

* Ability to analyze legal and financial data to inform executive decision-making.

* Knowledge of immigration law processes including L-1, EB, H-1B, E-2, and related categories.

* Experience with contract drafting, policy writing, and stakeholder negotiation.
