Paralegal Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Paralegal Manager to join the Brighton Beach office of a fast-growing New York City Personal Injury Law Firm. If you’re a natural leader with sharp attention to detail, deep experience in plaintiff personal injury law, and the ability to guide a team while managing your own caseload you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Lead and support a team of case managers to ensure smooth day-to-day case operations.
• Review medical records and demand packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage a personal caseload from intake through settlement or trial.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure their questions are addressed.
• Review and analyze case reports to inform strategy and improve outcomes.

• Fluency in Russian is required
• 5+ years of experience at a plaintiff personal injury law firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies or a related field
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume legal environment
