iLead Law Group is seeking an Experienced Immigration Attorney with at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage a variety of immigration matters, including but not limited to:
- Employment-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM, etc.)
- Investor and EB-5 immigration cases
- Family-based immigration petitions (I-130, adjustment of status, consular processing, etc.)
- Work visas and business immigration matters
- Immigration court and removal defense proceedings
This role also involves reviewing and supervising the work of junior attorneys, law clerks, and paralegals. The candidate must be responsible, efficient, and detail-oriented, with strong legal writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications- Education:
J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited U.S. law school - Licensure:
Admission to practice law in the State of New York (preferred) - Experience:
Minimum 2 years of immigration law experience - Language:
Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese required
