• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution and trial.
• Conduct and defend depositions, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Appear regularly in court for hearings, mediations, and trials—ensuring strong courtroom presence.
• Collaborate closely with partners and team members to strategize case development and outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
• Contribute to a supportive, team‑oriented culture that values transparency and shared success.

• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience in NY and NJ.
• Licensure:
  Active admission to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.
• Trial
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven courtroom experience, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Expertise:
  Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities in complex litigation.
• Collaboration:
  
  Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a small, fast‑paced team.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
