$185,000 – $220,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases across asset classes (office, retail, industrial).
• Handling acquisitions, dispositions, development, and financing of commercial real estate assets.
• Supporting general corporate real estate matters, including asset acquisitions, due diligence, and transactional support.
• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to manage complex matters independently.

• 5–10 years of experience representing companies, developers, investors, and other entities in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, with a focus on leasing.
• Extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases; broad understanding of acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of commercial properties.
• Excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters independently.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• Major law firm experience preferred.
