Overview
Our client, an AM Law 100 firm, is seeking experienced commercial real estate finance attorneys for an interim project. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of relevant experience from Big Law working on a broad range of financing transactions for development, construction, purchase and refinancing. Candidates looking for part-time schedules will also be considered.
Requirements- 10+ years of commercial RE finance experience from an AM Law firm
- Able to work in our client's Manhattan office Monday-Thursday, Friday are remote
- Schedule:
Full-time or part-time schedule but ideally 40 hours/week minimum - Duration:
Ongoing - Pay rate: $150-200/hour, commensurate with experience
