Summary:
We are seeking an Epic Analyst certified in Cadence and Prelude, with a Referrals & Auths badge. This role focuses on supporting scheduling and registration workflows, including ticket resolution, upgrade support, testing, decision tree maintenance, and workflow updates such as e-signature enhancements. The Epic Analyst will collaborate closely with operational leadership and internal application teams, and will ensure effective coordination and knowledge transfer with full-time staff.
This position involves gathering business needs, supporting system improvements, contributing to documentation, and assisting with ongoing optimization work across the revenue cycle. Duties also include participation in meetings, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives.
* Relevant degree or combination of education and experience
* Epic Cadence and Prelude certification required;
Referrals/Auths badge preferred
* Experience with scheduling, registration, or revenue cycle workflows preferred
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
