Practice Lead - Data

Overview:

Insight Global is partnering with a Global Consulting Firm who is currently looking for a Senior Data Leader (Practice Lead, Data) out of their office located in New York. This role is instrumental in shaping and advancing our clients data capabilities, building a robust community of data professionals, and delivering innovative solutions within the financial services sector. As Data Practice Lead, this individual will support in shaping and executing our clients Data vision, overseeing the delivery of enterprise-level data solutions from concept to production.

We seek a visionary with deep technical expertise excels in client engagements, solution architecture, and strategic planning. This person will represent our clients at major industry events, embodying our commitment to innovation, thought leadership, and responsible data practices. Additionally, this individual will drive internal and external adoption of data solutions based on our target partnerships, foster best practices and demonstrate measurable outcomes and adoption metrics.

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence our clients data strategy on a global scale and to shape innovative data solutions within the financial services landscape. Salary 240-265K + 15-20% Bonus

Required Skills & Experience

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of experience working for an Enterprise Consulting Firm within the Financial Services space, leading data architecture, with familiarity in data warehousing, data lakes, and data mesh solutions
Proven ability to lead strategic discussions on data management-including governance, master data management (MDM), controls, and metadata management-and articulate the value of metadata.
Deep understanding of analytics, focusing on how organizations can unlock actionable insights and extract maximum value from their data assets.
Experience engaging with clients on data strategy, data management practices, and analytics-driven value propositions.
