Compensation Range: $65-80/hr W2

Job Description:
The Director, MDM Solutions Architect is a hands-on, execution-focused leader responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities using Reltio. This role combines strategic oversight with direct technical execution and governance of enterprise data.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary owner of the MDM program in Reltio.
• Configure Reltio entities, relationships, survivorship rules, and data models.
• Oversee integrations, APIs, and automations with middleware like Mulesoft.
• Execute CI/CD processes in Azure Dev Ops, Git Actions, and Jenkins.
• Ensure data quality and enforce governance policies.
• Collaborate with executives, VPs, and business data owners.
• Maintain platform documentation, operating procedures, and standards.
• Manage and mentor small teams; potentially inherit the integrations team long-term.
• Oversee Reltio domain onboarding, data profiling, model design, and load validations.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  • Hands-on Reltio experience (L3 configuration, APIs, data loader, modeling).
  • MDM project ownership experience; strong integration background (Mulesoft preferred).
  • Experience with CI/CD in Reltio or similar platforms (Azure Dev Ops, Git Actions, Jenkins).
  • Strong data quality and governance skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, tenacious, with enterprise-level experience.
• Nice-to-Haves:
  • Property management or real estate industry experience.
  • Experience with Alation or Collibra.
  • Prior management or mentoring experience (1-2 years)
