Inviting applications for the role of Vice President - Partner - Risk Service Line - Banking & Capital Markets

We are seeking an accomplished and entrepreneurial Vice President/Partner to join our Risk Service Line, responsible for driving go-to-market initiatives, client relationships, and business growth across Risk Analytics, Risk Data, Risk Advisory, Risk Technology, and Control Testing offerings.

This role requires a dynamic leader with deep domain expertise in financial risk management, North American banking regulations, and data-driven / agentic AI solutions. The individual will be accountable for shaping the market strategy, identifying and mining opportunities, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders across banks, financial institutions, and fintechs.

Responsibilities

1. Go-to-Market Leadership

* Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the firm's Risk Advisory service offerings, with a focus on risk analytics, risk and finance data, regulatory compliance, and risk technology transformation.

* Identify emerging client needs and shape market-facing solutions that integrate Agentic AI, data, and automation for risk management solutions.

* Lead the creation of thought leadership and solution showcases in collaboration with practice and innovation teams.

2. Business Development & Client Engagement

* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across banking, capital markets, and fintech segments.

* Build and expand executive-level relationships (CRO, CFO, CCO, CDO, CIO) within existing and prospective clients.

* Drive large, multi-solution pursuits-combining risk advisory, data, analytics, and technology transformation capabilities.

* Drive pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and conversion by leveraging firm-wide capabilities and alliances.

* Mine existing accounts to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across risk service lines.

3. Agentic and Digital Risk Solutions

* Partner with the firm's innovation and technology ecosystem to design and commercialize Agentic AI solutions for risk monitoring, model governance, regulatory compliance, and control testing.

* Act as a thought leader in the application of AI, automation, and data intelligence to enhance risk management practices.

* Translate client challenges into scalable, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable impact.

4. Domain and Regulatory Expertise

* Bring deep expertise in enterprise risk, credit risk, market risk, operational risk, and liquidity risk management frameworks.

* Demonstrate working knowledge of North American risk and regulatory guidelines such as SR 11-7, CCAR, DFAST, Basel III/IV, SOX, CECL, and FRTB.

* Support clients in designing and implementing risk governance, model risk management, and compliance frameworks.

5. Leadership and Collaboration

* Collaborate with global delivery teams, solution architects, and data scientists to develop proposals and execute projects.

* Mentor and guide consulting teams in developing domain, consulting, and business development skills.
