Senior Data Analyst - Go-To-Market (GTM)

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed consumer-tech company that's building one of the most innovative platforms in their category. Their Data team sits at the centre of the business - supporting Product, Growth, Ops, Finance, Engineering and more - and is known internally as a trusted, high-impact partner.

After significant growth over the last 18 months, they're now hiring a Senior Data Analyst focused on GTM (Sales, Marketing & Growth) to become the subject matter expert for all things commercial analytics.

This is an opportunity to join a small but mighty team (currently six), reporting into a Director of Data who has built the function since Q1 2024. You'll partner with Marketing, Sales and Growth Product leaders to improve conversion, optimise acquisition channels, and help scale their advisor marketplace.

What You'll Do
  • Own GTM analytics end-to-end, covering marketing performance, sales funnel efficiency, advisor acquisition and revenue insights.
  • Develop experimentation frameowrk and run incrementality tests, AB tests, attribution work and high-visibility deep dives.
  • Build scalable data models + analytics infrastructure (Big Query, dbt, Omni, Hex).
  • Act as a thought partner to senior stakeholders - shaping hypotheses, defining metrics, driving clarity in KPIs.
  • Model and clean GTM data, partnering closely with Rev Ops / Sales leadership.
  • Level up the business with documentation, training and enabling self-serve analytics.
  • Influence processes and analytical standards as an early hire during an inflection point.
What They're Looking For
  • 4+ years in analytics, ideally in SaaS, marketplaces or b2b environments.
  • Strong background in GTM, sales analytics, performance marketing, or Rev Ops.
  • Expert SQL skills;
    Python/R helpful.
  • Experience with modern data stack:
    Airbyte, dbt, Big Query, Omni or equivalents.
  • Strong communicator who can influence and challenge stakeholders.
  • Pragmatic mindset - focused on real-world business impact over academic analysis.
  • Thrives in fast-moving start-up environments with lots of opportunity to build from scratch.
