Location
The candidate will work in a remote capacity, with travel up to 25%. The company may change work location as it deems necessary.

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day leadership for assigned projects or major project work streams by planning, executing, and controlling scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources in alignment with 21
  
  Tech methodology.
• Own delivery of a single medium-complexity project or multiple smaller initiatives, with overall accountability for successful execution from initiation through deployment, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager where applicable.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders at the project or workstream level, providing clarity, coordination, and issue resolution related to business processes and functional solutions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, and status reporting for all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, facilitate project team meetings, and coordinate cross-functional resources.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and change requests in accordance with 21
  
  Tech governance standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Associate Project Managers and project team members as assigned.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of technology-related project management experience supporting or leading software implementation projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects or major work streams with moderate complexity and multiple stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile); SCRUM leadership exposure a plus.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and change control independently.
• Experience managing small-to-medium project teams.
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools (MS Project required).

Education:
BA/BS in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Desired Skills and Experience (Not Required):
PMP Certification
