Key job responsibilities

- Drive strategic vision for AI-enabled transformation across global delivery processes

- Identify and implement process optimization, automation, and AI integration opportunities

- Develop AI-powered tools that augment delivery capabilities with cross-functional teams

- Establish metrics and analyze data to measure transformation effectiveness

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of delivery transformation experts

- Present transformation roadmaps and results to executive leadership

- Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities

- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops

- Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies

Our team provides expertise in cloud architecture, migration, application development, security, and operations to accelerate customers' cloud transformation journey. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field

- 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience

- 5+ years of senior leadership experience

- Experience with AI/ML technologies

- Experience coordinating and leading large-scale Digital or Global IT Transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud technology

- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting…
