** Role Summary*
* Support RM Central for Private Advisor Services by translating business needs into technical deliverables coordinating releases and ensuring operational stability.

** Required Skills Experience*
* + 5+ years in technology business analysis roles.

+ Extensive experience in
** Salesforce and RM Central workflows** .

+ Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and coordination.

+ Insurance financial services experience preferred familiarity with compliance.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Elicit and document requirements process flows and user stories for RM Central.

+ Partner with Salesforce developers and QA to drive solution delivery and testing readiness.

+ Monitor production triage incidents and coordinate root cause analysis and fixes.

+ Maintain knowledge artifacts SOPs and configuration documentation.

+ Support release planning change management and stakeholder communications.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $92K/Yr. to $137K/Yr.

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
