Athena Analyst

Our client is seeking an Athena Analyst to serve as the key connection between clinical teams and IT. The ideal candidate brings both clinical understanding and technical expertise, with the ability to translate real-world clinical needs into effective system solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Queens County, NY.

Athena Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties:

• Act as the primary liaison between clinical staff and IT teams to support athenahealth applications
• Provide system support and troubleshoot athena-related issues to ensure minimal disruption to clinical operations
• Customize workflows, templates, and reports to meet operational and clinical requirements
• Support system integrations and ensure data flows accurately across platforms
• Deliver clinical and end-user training to promote effective system adoption

Athena Analyst's Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience supporting athenahealth or similar EHR or EMR platforms
• Background in clinical operations, healthcare IT, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with system integrations and workflow customization
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
• Experience providing clinical or end-user training
