Epic Grand​/Prelude Analyst

Position: Epic Grand Central / Prelude Analyst
Kforce direct client is looking for 2 Epic Grand Central / Prelude Analysts to support a new implementation project for a long-term contract opportunity located in New York, NY.

Summary:

The senior-level Epic Grand Central and Prelude Analyst will provide support and optimization for a new Epic implementation project. This role requires expertise in full lifecycle implementations (minimum of
2), strong knowledge of patient movement workflows, and hands-on experience with Transfer Center, Bed Planning, and Environmental Services (EDS and Transport) modules. The Analyst will also manage multi-site cutovers, configure eSignatures for arrival/admittance, and set up Rover devices.

Certifications:

Grand Central (GC) and Prelude (mandatory)

* Minimum 2 full lifecycle Epic implementation projects

* Strong understanding of patient movement workflows, including arrival, admittance, and eSignature processes

* Ability to coordinate multi-site cutovers and manage complex implementation timelines

* Proficiency in Rover device setup, configuration, and support

* Expertise in support and optimization of Epic modules post-implementation

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work independently with minimal direction

Hands-on experience with:

* Transfer Center

* Bed Planning

* Environmental Services (EDS and Transport)
