JOB DESCRIPTION:

"Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed technical specifications
o Conduct analysis of business requirements and processes for data centric projects
o Responsible for gatpersoning and writing data requirements.
o Translate business requirements into data mapping specifications

• Develop a thorough understanding of tperson data definitions, domain values, data relationships, business rules, sources, and data integration used in tperson business domain

• Troubleshoot data issues and work with data providers for resolution

• Work with Data Engineers who will implement technical solutions to meet business requirements

• Support developers with data subject expertise

• Support phases of project development, from analysis and design to testing and implementation

• Ensure that technology solutions meet tperson defined requirements.

• Understanding of data quality and data governance

• Provide ongoing support and training to business users on tperson new or revised systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling

• Strong SQL query skills

• Experience with SDLC

• Strong analytical, profiling and troubleshooting skills

• Strong knowledge with Big Data/Hadoop platform

• Strong business analysis and requirements definition skills

• Strong stakeholder presentation skills

• Solid organization and planning skills

• At least 7 years' financial industry technology experience and knowledge of financial services data

• Good verbal and written communication skills
Desired Skills (Not required):

• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

• Experience with Agile project delivery

• Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python)"
