What You'll Own

You'll be responsible for turning Moonshot into a brand people recognize, trust, and want to work with, while driving real, measurable growth.
  • Own Moonshot's marketing strategy end-to-end. Positioning, messaging, brand, demand, and growth.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a growing team of marketers - setting clear goals, raising the bar, and creating a culture of ownership and speed.
  • Shape and evolve our brand voice so we stand out in a crowded AI and eCommerce landscape.
  • Build and run a content engine that turns ideas, customer wins, and insights into momentum.
  • Own demand generation across paid ads, performance marketing, funnels, and experimentation.
  • Decide where and how we show up at conferences and industry events, and turn presence into pipeline.
  • Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product to align GTM strategy and priorities.
Who You Are

You're a true full-stack marketer and a people leader, equally comfortable setting strategy, executing hands-on, and developing others.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership in a high-growth startup (SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce tools strongly preferred).
  • Proven experience managing and scaling marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of content, branding, performance marketing, and demand generation.
  • Strong intuition for positioning and messaging - you know how to make complex products simple and compelling.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google, Meta, Linked In, etc.) and performance optimization.
  • Comfortable owning real numbers - pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, not just awareness metrics.
  • Builder mindset: strategic when needed, scrappy when it counts.
  • Clear communicator who can align founders, GTM teams, and marketers around a single narrative.
