Our client, a growing Financial Firm in Midtown NY is looking for a lead level KYC Analyst with SQL experience to join the team. This is a rapidly growing firm where you will be visible and be able to have advancement.

They are doing a new implementation that you will be part of.

Responsibilities:

Translate complex global KYC requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
Lead the analysis and design of global KYC solution.
Identify and implement process improvements and data controls to meet regulatory standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, IT, Operations, and external vendors.
Manage project using JIRA and Confluence.
Support the development and enhancement of compliance systems, including KYC and Client On-boarding.
Prepare and present regular reports on compliance technology initiatives, project status, and outcomes to Senior Leadership.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree.
10+ years in IT compliance, business analysis, or related roles mainly in banking.
SQL data query experience. Oracle and Power BI experience is a plus.
