Informatics Analyst; Meditech

Position: Informatics Analyst (Meditech)
Our client is seeking an Informatics Analyst to support and optimize inpatient clinical systems, with a primary focus on the EHR system Meditech. This role works closely with clinical and operational teams to analyze data, improve workflows, and translate clinical needs into effective system solutions. This is an onsite position based in Queens County, NY.

Informatics Analyst's Responsibilities and Duties

• Support, monitor, and optimize Meditech inpatient systems to ensure performance and reliability
• Analyze clinical data to support operational, reporting, and quality improvement initiatives
• Evaluate and improve clinical workflow processes through system enhancements
• Partner with clinical and operational stakeholders to translate workflow needs into technical solutions
• Lead and support projects across the clinical workflow using Agile or Waterfall methodologies
• Maintain system configurations, perform testing, and support upgrades and enhancements

Informatics Analyst's Qualifications and Skills

• Experience supporting or optimizing clinical information systems, preferably Meditech
• Strong understanding of inpatient clinical workflows
• Experience analyzing clinical or operational data
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and clinical teams
