About the Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build Actively AI's marketing engine from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you'll own how we show up in the market and how we create demand among enterprise sales organizations.

As our first demand generation hire, you'll be responsible for building the systems, processes, and programs that drive awareness and pipeline. You'll define how marketing connects to revenue by designing integrated campaigns that get Actively AI in front of the right audiences and convert them into qualified opportunities for Sales.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll make decisions about our marketing tech stack, define how leads are scored and routed, and launch the first campaigns that establish Actively AI as the go-to solution for modern revenue teams. You'll work closely with Sales leadership to align on target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and messaging that resonates with enterprise buyers.

What You'll Do

Building the foundation
  • Implementing our marketing automation and connecting it with our CRM tools, ensuring a clean data layer between Marketing and Sales.
  • Defining the lead lifecycle, including scoring, routing, and reporting standards.
  • Establishing the dashboards and metrics that connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes.
Driving awareness and visibility
  • Running programs that get Actively AI in front of enterprise audiences through digital, content, and event-based campaigns.
  • Partnering with the executive team to develop thought leadership, category content, and narratives that build market credibility.
  • Executing paid and organic campaigns that increase reach and share of voice within our target accounts.
Creating and accelerating pipeline
  • Designing and executing account-based marketing programs for key enterprise segments.
  • Leading integrated campaigns across paid media, outbound orchestration, events, and webinars to engage buying committees.
  • Collaborating with Sales Development to ensure timely and effective follow-up on marketing-sourced leads.
  • Measuring campaign performance and continuously optimizing for pipeline efficiency and ROI.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a significant focus on enterprise demand generation.
  • Proven ability to build a demand generation function from the ground up, including tools, processes, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of account-based marketing and experience running programs for enterprise sales motions.
