Job Description

* This is a hybrid role (2 to 3 days in office)

Key Responsibilities

* Client Service:
Advise on best practices, build strong client relationships.

* Stakeholder Management:
Maintain transparency, deliver reports, and facilitate alignment.

* Project Delivery:
Oversee solution design, implementation, and quality assurance.

* Planning & Execution:
Define scope, timelines, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

* Team Leadership:
Manage 2025 team members, assign resources, and foster collaboration.

* Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues.

* Budget Management:
Monitor expenses, forecast needs, and report financials.

* Quality Assurance:
Ensure deliverables meet standards and conduct post-project evaluations

Qualifications

* Bachelors in business, IT, or related field.

* 12+ years of project management experience.

* Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall

* PMP preferred.

* Proficient in tools like MS Project, Jira,

Additional Information

Salary Range: $140K-$175K Gross (Base + bonuses) + standard Nagarro Benefits
