Job Role:
Project Manager - Consent
Location:
Remote
Salary: up to$120k/ annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business objectives.
- Apply Agile/Scrum methodologies to project management, including organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (e.g., Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Utilize Jira and other project management software to track project progress, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned on project goals and status.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
- Ensure continuous improvement in project management processes by applying best practices and lessons learned from past projects.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster collaboration to achieve high-quality results.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Project Manager in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
- PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
