Rate Range: $21-$23/Hr

Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced Field Support Technician to provide onsite technical support across Manhattan locations.
• The role is customer-facing and requires strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, network cabling, and POS systems
• Perform basic network cable repairs and installations
• Mount TVs and devices using hand tools and ladders
• Support restaurant technology environments
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in the field
• Respond to after-hours and on-call support as required

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality
• Ability to walk multiple blocks daily and navigate the NYC transit system
• Hands-on experience with network cabling and basic repairs
• Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and ladders
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred (or equivalent experience)

Important:

• No driving required (walking within Manhattan)
• Candidates must be located in NYC boroughs with NY Transit access
