We are looking for experienced product managers to continually push the innovation bar and make Tik Tok the best place to get inspired and express creativity. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product strategy for Tik Tok Creator & Ecosystem, including identifying key market opportunities, setting product roadmaps, and delivering against ambitious revenue targets - Work as the product manager for Tik Tok Creator Marketing and Creator Monetization related products, own product strategy and roadmap, prioritize, align and deliver clear product goals and success metrics - Develop in-depth understanding of demand (advertiser) and supply (creator), identify and execute the product improvement to drive adoption and retention from both sides - Drive execution through working directly with engineering, design, QA, data science, operations, marketing, sales and other cross-functional teams - Educate and influence both internal leadership and external stakeholders on Tik Tok's ads creative and creator ecosystem strategy
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of product management experience, preferably building products/tools related to advertising - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field - Deep understanding of the advertising landscape and the needs of advertisers, including experience with creative development, media buying, and ad optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, data science, and business development teams.
- Experience with multi-project management and execution in a cross-functional environment - Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills, particularly implemented in a cross-functional and global role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-starter who can manage large cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficient in English and Mandrian listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandrian skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $149040 - $311600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
