Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Scientist / Data Analyst to join Centrical's Data & Analytics team. This role requires a blend of advanced analytics, problem-solving, and storytelling skills, with a proven ability to translate numbers into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for diverse audiences.

The role entails working with multiple platforms and frameworks (e.g., Qlik Sense, Python, Amazon Redshift, and more) to support business needs. You will work across multiple business units within the organization and communicate effectively with both business-oriented departments and the technical team.

You will conduct deep data analysis, applying statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Your work will support decision-making across the organization, ensuring that stakeholders have timely, accurate, and impactful data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

* Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics to generate deeper business insights.

* Partner with business units across the organization to gather requirements and deliver actionable, data-driven solutions.

* Build, test, and maintain analytical models using Python (pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, etc.).

* Design and maintain advanced analytics workflows leveraging platforms such as Qlik Sense, Python, and Amazon Redshift.

* Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making across departments.

* Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Collaborate with Product, BI, and Data Science teams to ensure alignment of analytics solutions with business goals.

* Develop and automate custom reports for monitoring key metrics and business performance.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or other quantitative roles; prior experience with SaaS an advantage.

* Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including libraries such as pandas, Num Py, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and other relevant toolkits.

* Proficiency in SQL.

* Experience with business intelligence / data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI).

* Experience with product monitoring tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Amplitude).

* Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling.

* Familiarity with Jupyter Notebooks or similar environments for analysis and reporting.

* Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to discover, learn, and leverage new AI tools and technologies to enhance efficiency, speed, and overall job performance.
