* + Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

+ 15 years of product management experience in enterprise hardware systems (compute, networking, storage).

Experience with data center infrastructure and cloud computing.

+ Experience as a builder of infrastructure products.

* + 8 years of experience as a leader of leaders.

+ Experience partnering with hardware OEM vendors (e.g., Dell, NVidia).

+ Understanding of genAI technology stack.

+ Ability to collect/analyze market and customer data, and interpret and present complex information to drive strategic decision making to drive product strategy and decisions.

As the Director of Product for our GDC, you will define the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GDC IaaS (compute, storage, and networking) portfolio and hardware portfolio, aligning it with overall GDC goals, market trends, customer needs, and GTM strategy.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $272,000-$383,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. ** Responsibilities*
* + Collaborate closely with engineering and sales teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to landing.

+ Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of product managers, overseeing their performance and development.

+ Identify and address technical risks, infrastructure bottlenecks, and scaling challenges.

+ Work effectively with various teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful product execution.
