Data Analyst, Systems Analyst
Salary is 100k to 120k
Key Responsibilities
Partner with legal and business teams to clarify project needs and translate them into clear requirements and workflows.
Create concise documentation and process diagrams while supporting QA efforts for Salesforce updates and integrations.
Review API interactions and system connections, assisting with data validation across Salesforce/Litify and related platforms.
Produce analytical reports in Excel and interpret SQL logic when needed.
Coordinate with technical teams from discovery through UAT to ensure accurate, high-quality deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3+ years of BA/QA experience, ideally within mass tort or legal tech.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Litify preferred) and familiarity with APIs and data formats.
Advanced Excel abilities and the capacity to understand SQL.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with both legal and technical partners.
Mule Soft experience is a plus.
