Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Project Manager job responsibilities include:
* Lead end-to-end IT operations for a greenfield airport terminal implementation, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and aviation standards.
* Establish governance frameworks and operational readiness across infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and IoT applications.
* Act as the primary liaison between airport authorities, federal regulators, and technology vendors to ensure seamless delivery of mission-critical systems.
* Manage multi-vendor ecosystems including SITA, Schneider Electric, and other strategic partners, negotiating SLAs and performance metrics.
* Ensure strict adherence to FAA, TSA, and other regulatory requirements, implementing cybersecurity controls and risk mitigation strategies.
* Oversee audits, assessments, and compliance reporting to maintain regulatory posture and operational resilience.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10 years in IT program/operations management, with at least 5 years in airport or government-regulated environments.
* Strong expertise in Infrastructure, Cybersecurity frameworks, ERP systems, and IoT applications.
* Proven experience managing greenfield implementations and multi-vendor ecosystems under strict regulatory compliance.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $64.00 per hour
