Sr. Director, Product Management - AI​/ML Platform Intelligence

The
** Sr. Director, AI/ML Platform Intelligence
** will lead a product team spanning the Machine Learning and Generative AI platforms at Capital One, and will be responsible for the core platform services for AI/ML platform that powers mission critical business applications. This person will partner with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor platform performance, identify issues, and support resilience.
* At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)  + A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
* Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
* 5+ years of experience in people leadership
* 3+ years of experience in innovative technology environments that embrace public cloud and open source technologies
* 3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products
* Experience with AI/ML technologies such as Kubernetes, Observability, Security, AI/ML Experiment Management, or Model Monitoring
