Senior Presales Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Presales Consultant / Presales Architect with 12+ years of experience in the Retail domain
, combining deep solution expertise with strong business acumen. This role requires end-to-end knowledge of ERP, eCommerce, OMS, PIM, Frontend technologies
, and expertise in Cloud platforms, Deployment Architectures, and Cost Estimation
. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving solution strategy, crafting proposals, and enabling deal closures through compelling demos, workshops, and POCs.

Own presales engagements for enterprise retail clients, leading solution design across ERP, eCommerce, OMS, PIM, POS, and Omnichannel commerce.

Design Cloud deployment architectures (multi-cloud, hybrid, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Perform cost estimations, TCO/ROI analysis
, and licensing recommendations to align with client budget and business cases.

Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging retail best practices and cloud-native capabilities.

Partner with sales teams to create and deliver solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and executive presentations
.

Conduct discovery workshops with business & IT stakeholders, translating needs into digital transformation roadmaps.

Drive creation of demos, accelerators, and POCs showcasing business value and technical feasibility.

Mentor and guide presales teams in solutioning, proposal writing, and client engagement.

Stay current with cloud-native retail innovations (serverless commerce, AI/ML in retail, microservices, composable commerce).

12+ years of Presales / Solution Consulting experience in Retail technology
.

Proven expertise in Retail business processes
: merchandising, promotions, order fulfillment, supply chain, and omnichannel engagement.

Hands-on knowledge of:

eCommerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, etc.)

Frontend & Headless frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular, Vue, etc.)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for commerce workloads.

Strong ability to create deployment architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and cloud migration strategies
.

Experience in cost estimation & licensing models
, building TCO and ROI-based proposals.

Proven record of influencing multi-million-dollar digital transformation deals in Retail.

Excellent storytelling, executive communication, and client-facing skills
.

Exposure to AI/ML, predictive analytics, personalization engines in Retail.

Knowledge of Microservices, API-first, Composable Commerce architectures
.

Experience working with global clients and distributed presales/solution teams
