Are you looking to join a company at the forefront of innovation and transformation? Look no further than Talan! We are seeking a talented FX Application Support to join our team and work on FXIT projects.

The candidate should have experience in supporting electronic execution and/or algorithmic trading systems and users of those systems. The ideal candidate will be required to perform L1 and L2 support of electronic trading and execution systems, monitor and troubleshoot trades on electronic trading systems and work in a 24 hour electronic global trading support team using the follow-the-sun support model.

Further to this, the ideal candidate will be involved in all technical aspects of the trading system and client support interactions. The main responsibilities include:

• Providing functional and technical support around the relevant systems to users worldwide
• Ensuring platforms admin in relation with system providers, both internal and external
• Developing good relations with the business (FO, MO/Risk, BO), follow relationship with third parties, managing/ assisting members of team (business or technical analysts)
• Dealing with STP issues
• Liaison with users and developers.
• Capacity to handle releases autonomously

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Front Office support capacities
• Release management experience
• Knowledge of FX products
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, SQL, Windows
