Our consultants are trained to the highest standard, before embarking on assignments with our clients. During training, and assignments, we aim to provide them with excellent engagement opportunities with Kubrick, as well as frequent pastoral touchpoints to ensure they are being supported and have the guidance they need to be successful. As a member of the Consultant Success team, you will be responsible for both our consultant communities – those in training, and those on client assignment, helping to manage their Kubrick journey, as well as ensuring their training and placement experience is high quality.

This role is ideal for junior managers who want to move into a direct management role by joining an ambitious, exciting organisation that values actions over words and encourages collaboration at every level. You will be responsible for effectively navigating our consultants through their Kubrick journey. This includes:

• Ensuring consultants are onboarded into Kubrick and their client assignment smoothly
• Own the training experience and preparation for assignment at the agreed standard
• Providing primary engagement and support for our people through regular check-ins
• Managing any processes pertaining to their training and client assignment journey

Experience managing a team within a reasonably sized company, ideally those in a consultancy

• Demonstrable experience:
  Organising and tracking processes
• Proven people and relationship building skills to deliver value
• A logical mind that likes to solve problems and can act autonomously when needed
• The ability to build rapport, trust, and instil confidence
• A passion for providing high quality outcomes and solutions
