This role focuses on delivering scalable and innovative solutions across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle. It requires expertise in integrating with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, EDI platforms, and digital payment providers such as Stripe, Adyen, or Pay Pal, while ensuring seamless customer order experiences, efficient supply chain execution, and compliant financial outcomes.

• Lead end-to-end Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4
  
  HANA, including SD modules configuration and support (order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, billing).
• Design and implement ATP, Credit Management, Billing Plans, Returns, and other functional modules.
• Create real-time integrations between SAP S/4
  
  HANA and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, managing order capture, availability checks, promotions, and fulfillment.
• Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud for B2B self-service portals, pricing, and contract-based ordering.
• Collaborate with EDI and middleware teams to define and manage customer-specific EDI transactions, troubleshooting interfaces via SAP Integration Suite, True Commerce, or Open Text.
• Integrate digital payment services into S/4
  
  HANA, ensuring real-time authorization, capture, reconciliation, PCI‑DSS compliance, and fraud protection.
• Provide Level 3 support for SAP SD and integrated solutions, identify automation opportunities using workflow, output management, and background jobs.
• Maintain documentation of functional specs, configuration guides, test scripts, training materials, and support audits & SOX compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of SAP SD experience with deep knowledge of Order to Cash lifecycle.
• 2+ full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4
  
  HANA (preferably Public or Private Cloud).
• Experience integrating Salesforce Commerce Cloud or SAP Commerce Cloud with SAP.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and integration platforms (True Commerce, SAP CPI, Seeburger).
• Hands‑on experience with digital payment providers (Stripe, Pay Pal, Adyen) and SAP payment configuration.
• Familiarity with output management, BRF+, billing document customization, and interface troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Knowledge of SAP Billing & Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) or SAP Subscription Billing.
• Experience in global CPG operations, trade promotions, channel management, and retail replenishment.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, REST/OData APIs, and BTP extensions.
• Understanding of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud constraints and extensibility options.
• Agile or Scrum project experience or certification.
