Clinical System Analyst

We are seeking a Clinical Systems Analyst with hands-on Athena EHR experience to support the optimization of healthcare technology systems. This role acts as a critical liaison between clinical operations and IT, ensuring that electronic health records and other clinical systems align with the needs of providers and enhance patient care delivery. This is a hybrid role based in Queens County, NY.

• Serve as the bridge between clinical teams (physicians, nurses, etc.) and IT to improve system functionality
• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues related to Athena EHR
• Customize workflows and templates within Athena to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Generate, modify, and maintain clinical and operational reports as needed
• Analyze current workflows and recommend system enhancements
• Assist in training and onboarding staff on system features and best practices
• Support clinical staff in the daily use of EHR systems and resolve technical problems promptly

• At least 2 years of experience with Athena EHR (required)
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
• Experience supporting clinical systems or healthcare IT environments
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
• Ability to translate clinical needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
