We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our technical operations team and be part of building an impactful team, handle complex technical issues and ensure service reliability for our customers’ production environments.
As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring our SaaS solutions hosted in the cloud, primarily on AWS. You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Research & Development (R&D) teams to optimize processes, improve product quality, and effectively manage escalations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in cloud environments and a passion for delivering high‑quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities- Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of our SaaS solution.
- Respond to various technical issues in real‑time to ensure production system health.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and R&D teams to streamline processes and enhance overall product quality.
- Be able to multitask and prioritize incoming tasks.
- Respond to and handle escalations from customers or internal teams efficiently and effectively.
- Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting in a cloud environment.
- Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Conduct root‑cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
- Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Technical Operations or NOC Engineer role in a SaaS company.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and best practices for monitoring cloud‑based applications.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to handle high‑pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Hands‑on experience with Linux and Dockers/Kubernetes.
- AWS practitioner certificate is an advantage.
- Familiarity with automation concepts is an advantage.
Experience with Cyber security companies is an advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
