Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Analyst to support our Legal team in the areas of subsidiary management, corporate governance, and legal compliance. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes through administrative support, data and systems analytics, and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
This role is based in our headquarters in New York City in a hybrid-capacity (3 days a week in the office, Tue, Wed, Thurs) and will report into the VP, Associate General Counsel.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Legal Operations and Compliance to support entity management, governance and compliance activities across Tapestry, Inc. and global subsidiaries.
