Payroll Specialist; Operations

Nexroll Payroll is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team. We are an emerging leader in the Human Capital Management (HCM) space with clients throughout the US. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll, customer service, data entry, and excel.

• Support clients to ensure payrolls are processed timely and accurately
• Answer questions regarding ongoing use of the product
• Troubleshoot and solve problems with resources and guidance available
• Assist and coordinate client trainings
• Engage clients and improve adoption and full use of the software and solutions
• Actively listen to improve processes and overall experience and relationship
• Become a trusted partner and an extension of our client’s business

• Customer Service Experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving ability
• Caring, patient and empathetic
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of additional payroll software systems
• Preferred experience with the iSolved platform
• Previous experience in a similar role

• Full-time
• Pay - Salary range $45,000-$55,000 per year, commensurate with experience

• This is a remote role for candidates based outside of Pittsburgh, PA or New York, NY. If you reside within commuting distance of either location, periodic in-office presence may be required
