Overview
VP of Data Engineering - Marketing/Media/Campaign Analytics. As VP of Data Engineering, you’ll take ownership of the company’s data architecture and engineering roadmap, working hand-in-hand with analytics and marketing teams to deliver clean, reliable data that drives client impact. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — building the function while still in the code.
What You’ll Do- Lead the design and scaling of Snowflake data warehouse and cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, Glue, Databricks) for healthcare and media datasets.
- Architect a semantic layer that links healthcare and campaign data into meaningful business views.
- Drive governance, quality, and observability across the data ecosystem.
- Partner with SVP Data & Analytics to connect engineering delivery directly to pharma campaign ROI
. - Build out and mentor a high-performing engineering team as the company scales.
- Hands-on with Snowflake (schemas, RBAC, tuning, optimisation).
- Strong Python/Py Spark and SQL skills.
- Background in healthcare, pharma, or adtech data highly desirable.
- A player-coach mindset — able to set vision and build alongside your team.
- Build and scale the data function inside a high-growth healthcare media company.
- Work directly with senior leadership, shaping how data drives client success.
- Clear progression to C-level leadership as the company grows.
- Salary $225k + bonus + equity
