Head of Data, Quant & Investment Strategy - Financial Services

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a Senior Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise systems in the financial services space. The ideal candidate is strong in Mule Soft, Java, databases, and Kafka, with a solid understanding of integration and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain integrations and applications using Mule Soft, Java, SQL/No
  
  SQL, and Kafka.
• Collaborate on architecture, code reviews, and solution design.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure scalable, reliable systems.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce development best practices.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Mule Soft, Java, databases, and Kafka.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and integration patterns.
• Experience delivering production-grade applications in financial services or regulated environments.

Preferred

Skills:

• Experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and React.
• Knowledge of financial services domains such as payments, trading, or risk systems.

Location:

Salary: $150 - $180,000 + Benefits
