At Apple, we work every day to create products that enrich people’s lives. Our Apple Ads group makes it possible for people around the world to easily access informative and imaginative content on their devices while helping publishers and developers promote and monetize their work. Our platforms are highly performant, deployed at scale, and set new standards for enabling effective advertising while protecting user privacy.
Apple Ads is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to drive our most critical video advertising initiatives. In this role, you will be the connective tissue between engineering, product, ad operations, sales, and our 3rd party integration partners. You will be responsible for orchestrating and delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs that are fundamental to our revenue and growth.
The ideal candidate is a master of organization and communication, adept at building strong relationships, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving projects. If you are passionate about the ad tech space and excel at turning complex technical challenges into successful outcomes, we want to hear from you.
As a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM), you will:

Lead large-scale, cross-functional engineering programs in the video advertising space from conception to launch. Develop and manage project plans, define scope, track progress, and manage timelines and dependencies. Build and Manage Relationships with Stakeholders:
Act as the central point of contact for video advertising programs. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, product, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Communicate with Impact:
Provide clear, concise, and regular communication on program status, risks, and changes to stakeholders at all levels, from individual engineers to executive leadership. Your written and verbal communication will be critical to our success. Navigate Ambiguity:
Thrive in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment where you are empowered to define project goals, identify the path forward, and create structure where none exists. Manage Vendors:
Manage relationships and technical integrations with third-party ad tech vendors (e.g., ad insertion, campaign management, measurement). Oversee vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and integration projects to ensure they meet our technical and business needs. Manage Risks & Dependencies:
Proactively identify, triage, and mitigate risks and cross-functional dependencies. You are the first to see a problem coming and the one who rallies the team to solve it. Provide Technical Leadership:
Leverage your familiarity with the video advertising ecosystem to contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and to ensure our engineering solutions are scalable, reliable, and effective.
