We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President
- Responsible AI – Agentic AI. In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under Genpact Next, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions—domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients.

Overview

The Leader of Responsible AI (RAI) will strategically shape and grow Genpact’s Responsible AI practice, elevating our brand’s visibility and establishing thought leadership in ethical AI applications and building assets that are integral to our AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a scalable RAI strategy aligned with Genpact’s values and market positioning
• Build, mentor, and lead a specialized team focused on creating and managing RAI assets, methodologies, and frameworks
• Drive thought leadership by publishing high-quality insights, presenting at industry events, and actively engaging with academic and industry communities
• Collaborate with sales, solutions, and delivery teams to enhance client proposals and engagements, improving win rates and client satisfaction
• Build and embed Genpact RAI into our solutions, working with Advanced Technology Solutions teams
• Foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes Genpact-wide growth and knowledge sharing of RAI work
• Monitor the RAI environment and report our work in progress to the Responsible AI Committee

Qualifications:

• Experience in AI, ethics, or related technology advisory and/or applied research role
• Proven track record in developing and implementing RAI strategies, tools, and frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and external clients effectively
• Strong or rising industry presence, including thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, or professional forums
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 per year.
