Location:

Brooklyn, NY — Hybrid (80% remote / 20% onsite). On-site presence is required for scheduled maintenance and project execution. Candidates must work in the NYC geographical area.

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Net App ONTAP and core storage technologies.
• Lead and execute break/fix and maintenance tasks for Net App hardware (FAS and AFF platforms).
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations for special storage-related projects.
• Support troubleshooting, performance optimization, and capacity planning within the storage environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and data integrity.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Net App ONTAP administration and configuration.
• Proven expertise in Net App Core Technologies, including FAS and AFF platforms.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting and break/fix experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in complex storage environments.
• Strong understanding of data protection, replication, and automation frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a hybrid support model.

• Experience working with Kubernetes integration and containerized storage solutions.
• Familiarity with ASA Fibre Channel and SAN/NAS storage architectures.
• Net App-related certifications (NCDA, NCIE, etc).
