Voiceops is looking for a Full Stack Product Engineer to make conversation data programmable
. You will build the Agentic Model Builder
, an interface where human intent meets AI scale. It's a collaborative workspace where our system scans data, drafts a model structure, and works with the user to refine it in minutes. The work sits where AI modeling meets workflow design and real operations. You will bridge the gap between complex backend orchestration and a simple, high‑speed user experience, ensuring data flows seamlessly into the CRMs, warehouses, and external agents that depend on it.

• The Model Builder UI: A React/Type Script interface that lets users define intents, review evidence, and tune AI models without writing code.
• Data Orchestration:
  Services that schedule and evaluate thousands of concurrent models while balancing cost and latency.
• The “Truth” Pipeline:
  Clean abstractions for ingesting data from disparate sources (telephony, CRM, SMS, Slack) into a single schema.
• The Action Layer: A suite of interactive tools that let users consume the data their way, including a conversational interface (“chat with your voice data”), flexible visualizations, and event‑driven triggers.
• Observability & Evals:
  The “debugger” for conversation data (dashboards and audit loops that allow customers to trust the AI)
• Integration Ecosystem:
  The pipes that send Voiceops data into Salesforce, Hub Spot, Snowflake, and Segment.

  Experience:
  
  You have deep experience building software across the stack with React, Type Script. You are comfortable in the JavaScript and Type Script ecosystem, including NodeJS and React.
• Strong Fundamentals:
  You have a strong grasp of both frontend and backend fundamentals, with a specific taste for simple, fast UIs and reliable services. You are familiar with mature Type Script environments such as npm monorepos, vite, and esbuild.
• Testing:
  You write tests with tools like Jest and value practical, maintainable coverage.
• AWS

  You have hands‑on experience with services like Lambda functions, SQS, and S3, along with monitoring and performance work using Cloud Watch.
• Data Modeling:
