Salary/Hourly Rate
: $55/hr - $65/hr

The IT Product Specialist will bridge the gap between program users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure applications run smoothly and meet business needs. This role includes troubleshooting, coordinating enhancements, supporting testing, and ensuring compliance with IT security requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, documenting root causes.
• Gather requirements and support enhancement projects.
• Coordinate between users, IT teams, and vendors.
• Track project progress and prepare system documentation.
• Support user acceptance testing, deployments, and upgrades.
• Assist with audits, security scans, and compliance activities.

• 6+ years in IT application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server) and SDLC knowledge.
• Experience with cloud applications and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.

• Knowledge of XML, JavaScript, HTML, .NET, ASP.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Public sector or health-related experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
