Job Description:
We are looking for our large B2B distribution client a senior Informatica MDM Architect / Developer to lead enterprise-wide master data initiatives.

This is a senior role requiring 10–15+ years overall IT experience, including 8+ years of deep Informatica MDM expertise. The person will drive the architecture, design, and delivery of MDM solutions across Product, Customer, and Industry domains, fully integrated with Dynamics CRM, CPQ systems, Oracle Fusion ERP, Blue Yonder, and other enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture, design, and hands-on implementation of Informatica MDM solutions.
• Define and configure MDM Hub, IDD (Informatica Data Director), match & merge rules, survivorship, trust, hierarchies.
• Architect and deliver integrations between MDM and systems such as Dynamics CRM, CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus, etc.), Oracle Fusion (ERP, Finance, SCM), Blue Yonder, eCommerce, Data Warehouse.
• Implement enterprise-grade data governance, stewardship, and data quality frameworks, leveraging Informatica IDQ.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes using Informatica Power Center / Cloud and SIF API integrations.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership, mentor developers, and enforce MDM best practices.
• Own performance optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of MDM platforms.

Required

Skills & Experience:

• 10–15+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 6–8 years dedicated to Informatica MDM.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in:
  
  MDM Hub configuration, data modeling, match/merge, survivorship, trust, hierarchies, IDD, SIF APIs.
• Deep experience integrating MDM with:
  Dynamics CRM, CPQ platforms, Oracle Fusion ERP, Blue Yonder, Data Warehouses.
• Strong ETL background using Informatica Power Center or Informatica Cloud.

Informatica MDM Architect / Senior Developer:

• Expert-level SQL, relational database, and performance tuning skills.
• Proven track record in implementing data governance, stewardship, metadata management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage senior stakeholders across business and IT.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to own delivery end-to-end.

Preferred skills:

• Experience with Informatica Cloud MDM SaaS implementations.
• Familiarity with API/microservices integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Knowledge of PIM (Product Information Management) or Customer 360 solutions.
• Prior experience in large B2B distribution, manufacturing, or industrial organizations.
