Color Palette: This position requires you to play a pivotal role in the management of ongoing maintenance and support of trading systems, service delivery, and technical management in a demanding environment.

Teams typically support systems for client connectivity, market access, low-latency trading, order management, and smart routing.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform in a time-pressured environment
• Maintain and support operational activities related to equity trading
• Troubleshoot and resolve a high percentage of issues that may arise throughout the full trade lifecycle
• Leverage tools (SQL, Tidal, Excel, Python) to increase the speed with which any variances are resolved
• Help with designing improvements to existing procedures and facilitate automation opportunities
• Support new customer set-up and integration into trading systems
• Liaise between Client Support, Product Management, Application Development, Production Support, Dev-Ops, and QA teams to handle client expectations and expedite implementation

What You’ll Need to Learn:

• Programming in SQL and Python
• Order Management Systems (OMS)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python)
• Familiarity with trading systems
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Collaborative team player
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Eagerness to learn and grow
